“Buy Toscana” 2016

“Buy Tuscany”, это B2B воркшоп, впервые организованный и проведенный в 2009 году, направленный на развитие и укрепление связей туристической индустрии Тосканы с представителями международного туризма. Каждый год во Флоренции, в зале Stazione Leopolda, принимающие компании и отели Тосканы встречаются с представителями международного туризма. Впервые весной 2016 Buy Tuscany, начал перемещаться по территории Тосканы, и под названием “Buy Tuscany on the road", в формате B2B roadshow, был проведен в этом году в Maremma.

Следующий воркшоп Buy Tuscany будет проводится в октябре во Флоренции и будет состоять из ознакомительных туров различной тематики (8-го - 10-го октября) и самого воркшопа в формате B2B (11-го октября).

Тематически мероприятие будет разделено на пять зон, в которых будут представлены различные категории продуктов и услуг: Отдых (который включает: Art Cities&Towns, Country&Flavours, Relax&Wellness, Sun&Sea, Active&Outdoor), Luxury, Wedding, MICE, Wine Resort.

Представители туризма Тосканы уже резервируют автоматизированные рабочие места, где они будут встречаться с международными hosted buyers, в соответствии с заранее запланированными графиками сессий.

we are glad to inform you that the application for BUY Tuscany Hosted Buyer Program is now open.

Toscana Promozione Turistica announces the 8th edition of the workshop BUY Tuscany, which will be held in Florence at Stazione Leopolda on Tuesday, the 11th of October 2016.

You will have a personal meeting agenda, according to your interest, based on the following cluster areas proposed for the this edition of BUY Tuscany:

Leisure: Art Cities & Towns, Country & Flavours, Relax & Wellness, Sun & Sea, Active & Outdoor;
Luxury;
Wedding;
MICE;
Wine Resort.

WHY ATTEND AS A HOSTED BUYER?

* FIVE specific pre-event educational tours around Tuscany from the 8th to the 10th of October, with the following programs:

1. Wedding (meeting point at Florence airport) – Florence and Chianti (Florence and Siena) areas.

8th October: pick up at Florence airport and transfer to the hotel of the first destination in Florence area.

9th October: visit to the Florence wedding venues and locations.

10th October: visit to the Chianti wedding venues and locations.

2. MICE (meeting point at Florence airport) – Chianciano terme and Siena areas.

8th October: pick up at Florence airport and transfer to the hotel in Chianciano Terme.

9th October: in the morning visit to Chianciano terme Congress location and dinner at Montepulciano.

10th October: visit Siena congress location and guided tour in the centre.

3. Wine Resort (meeting point at Pisa airport) – Pisa, Livorno and Grosseto areas.

8th October: pick up in the morning at Pisa airport and full day visit to 3 wine resorts in Pisa and Livorno areas.

9th October: visit of 5 wine resorts in Maremma area.

10th October: visit to 2 wine resorts in Montecucco area.

4. Biking (meeting point at Florence airport) – Mugello (Florence) and Costa degli Estruschi (Livorno) areas.

8th October: pick up at Florence airport and transfer to the hotel in Florence area.

9th October: bike cycling in Mugello choosing between a 10 km or 30 km itinerary. Moving to Costa degli Etruschi for the night.

10th October: bike cycling in Costa degli Etruschi choosing between a 10 km or 30 km itinerary.

5. Trekking on Via Francigena (meeting point at Pisa airport) - Lucca, Pisa and Siena areas.

8th October: pick up at Pisa airport and transfer to the hotel in Lucca.

9th October: visit of Lucca and San Gimignano and trekking for 5 or 10 km through the province of Lucca and Pisa.

10th October: walking for 5 or 10 km in Siena province.

Every tour will end on the 10th evening, with transfer in Florence at the hotel booked for the workshop session and includes full inclusive hospitality. Detailed tour programs may have some changes from the ones above mentioned and will be sent after the acceptance of your application.

* Personal meeting online agenda to meet interesting suppliers.

* Complimentary accommodation throughout your stay in a 4 star hotel (IN 10th OUT 12nd October) in Florence plus transfers including from and to the Tuscan airport, to and from the venue and to networking events .
